Puplates is a Pilates class for you and your dog! Pilates is a great gentle, but effective exercise class working on a series of movements that really focus on your core!

Anything can be modified and all levels are welcomed. Each class is always different! You’re more than welcome to come without a dog, as long as you like being around them!

Classes are located at The Academy of Pet Careers on Thursdays at 7pm. Please bring a yoga mat and water each class. $10/class. We also have our Silver Paw Membership Package Online for $20/ month for unlimited classes*! Call/text 314-669-5595 for any questions.

1 dog/person; no retractable leashes; friendly dogs only. In the case of severe weather class may be canceled or if it falls on a holiday, if so it will be posted on facebook and online. Please rsvp online.
