Here’s what we’re looking for:
🐾 Skilled in Full-Service Grooming: You’re confident handling everything from baths and blowouts to breed-specific and creative haircuts—especially on doodle coats (you know the doodle struggle is real).
🐾 Flexibility-Friendly: You’re looking for a schedule that supports other life pursuits, but you’re also available to work at least two Saturdays a month.
🐾 Social Media Flair: You love to show off your grooming glow-ups and are comfortable sharing your work on our company socials.
🐾 Client Communication Rockstar: You’re upfront, honest, and professional—especially when it comes to setting pricing expectations and discussing coat conditions.
🐾 Team-Player Vibes: You’re cool coordinating with one other groomer and an occasional bather to keep the flow smooth and the tails wagging.
🐾 Your Limit = Your Speed & Hours: Whether you want to groom a little or a lot, we’ll work with you to build a schedule that suits your skill and lifestyle.
